Booking: Please book at least 48 hours before the session.
Cancellation: You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours prior to the session. To cancel your booking, please send an email with your booking details (name & date of the class to cancel) to shososhimbo@gmail.com. You may ask refund or reschedule. If you want to reschedule, let us know your new date by email. Don't try to rebook using our booking system.
Cancellation after 48 hours prior to your booked session: You may not be able to attend the workshop you had booked due to unforeseen circumstances, including health issues. Because we did not receive your cancellation notice earlier, the materials we purchased for you will be wasted. This is an unfortunate situation for both sides.
We now welcome you to reschedule and attend an alternative workshop with a payment of an extra
$30 per person. To choose this option, you should:
1. Contact Shoso Shimbo (shososhimbo@gmail.com) within one week after the workshop you missed,
2. Pick a new date within next 3 months, and
3. Pay a non-refundable fee of $30 directly to Shoso’s bank account (BSB: 033 070, Acc No:527917 ) by 48 hours prior to the new session.
If we do not receive your fee by the deadline, your booking will be cancelled. You can only reschedule your session once.
1. Our studio is upstairs, so if you have difficulty with stairs, please talk to us before you book so we can make arrangements for you.
2. If you have an allergy to cats or dogs, please let us know.
